I always find it online and then call on the phone. Never had a problem.

Default web site

I've order from Qtech with i'd say 90% good experiences.

The only thing I hate is being charged shipping AND tax... (in PA)... but that's not Q-Tech's fault....

I HATE TAXES.

the web site is mostly user friendly...

there are a few small things (search) could be a lot better...

but of all web sites, I give it at least 8/10...

Everything I've ordered I've recieved from them...

with google, its super easy to search for stuff, and ebay is awsome...

Case in point, I want a DeWalt cordless impact wrench... $299.99 at sears.... hmm... what is it on Ebay? BRAND NEW $200 + $30 shipping.... hmmm. yea... so umm, I might just get it lol...

so, if you are dissatisifed, there are alternatives; but I don't mind the girls on the cover either I vote for more of them!!!

Sales tax is one of the only taxes I don't mind. I hate income tax and I really, really loathe property tax.

I have decided today that i will no longer order anything through quadratec. Why is it that a company as large as them can't have inventory that updates and changes an instock or out of stock status on the website? Every time i order a part from them i get an email 2 minutes later that says the item is out of stock and will ship asap. Just wanted to rant a little. has anyone else experienced this?

On numerous occassions...I said on another thread that the only 100% satisfactory online shopping experience I have ever had was with LL Bean...when you press the add to cart and/or purchase now button, a flag comes up alerting you to the fact that the item is either not in stock or discontinued...essentialy giving you the opportunity to stop the transaction before giving all your credit info; on the other hand, many online retail transactions tell you nothing about whether an item is in stock...you fill in all your personal info, give 'em your credit card number, and voila...they've got your money (in essence...they have charged your card), and then you findi out in a day or two that the item is back ordered or has been placed on order with the manufacturer who, when you call directly, confirm that they don't have the item in stock...now you have to call the nimrod at Quad/4wd/autoany....whoever, and cancel the order...this usually takes from 3 days to 6 weeks before you get confirmation from your bank that you have been credited for said bad purchase...in the mean time, these creeps have hundreds of thousands of our hard earned dollars earning interest while we wait for an item that may never get delivered...I should change my line of work...offer ridiculously low prices on the most desired JK accessories...take your money and send you an e-mail that said item is backordered...all the while collecting beaucoup bucks, which I in turn earn interest, while you silly guys check your in box for that oh so heavenly tracking number.

Well that's 0 for 2 with these guys. I called ahead this time to see about alternate shipping options to Canada and the guy on the phone said there were no options but UPS. He wouldn't even budge despite the fact my order was over $200.00 and my previous was $300.00. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but it really seemed to me like they could care less whether or not they have my business. Ah well. Back to eBay I go. One less customer for them.
