Radio and rain?

I was playing the odds with not putting my top on with a 20% chance of rain and lost. No top and had to pull all the drain plugs to drain inches out of standing water out of my jeep Radio worked fine though and I was worried about it cause it's the touch screen head unit.

ok I get the casual rain... im not real sure I would pressure wash my radio though

Indeed.....and even boats have plenty of problems with electronics....

mine got drenched last night had to pull the plugs an let it drain out. Works fine so far. It was windy as hell to there wasnt one part that wasn't wet.

I think we got hit by that same storm. I put the tuffy flip n lock in my jeep and am planning on figureing out a way to make a gasket or something to make it weather proof for the radio. a bag or a jacket will rip off and fly out in the bad winds we get out here.

I left mine rained on for about a week no problems
