Rancho Rocks
just wanna out this one out there since there are alot of companies that just dont care.
last week I broke one of my ajustment knobs on my rs9000xls going over a rock. there a thread up for some insight on if parts were avillible or if I had to replace the whole shock and rancho rep asked me if I had solved the problem, well I had spoken with a rancho rep at the tech dept and they said that they would replace the part under waranty,
so i got home today and there it was on the counter not one but two
Iguess the second one is for future incidents.....so just wanted to say RANCHO YOU GUYS ROCK!! and thank you.
