This is not my first Jeep i have a 79 cj7 had to rebuild. So i know all about the "jeep thing" But this jeep is a jeep from hell 1st time I went off road my t case came appart internally gear was not installed right. Had popping from radio was never doing it at dealership so was not fixed. All oxygen sensors had to be replaced. Radio was replaced 10 times. Drivers side rear speaker inop replaced 4 times. PCM replaced heater core flushed 4 times heater core replaced. compass module replaced 2 times. No air through vents cable loose frome heater had that 3 times. Door hinges re painted. Leaking coolant in cab. CD player makes humming noise with no cd in it when opening door or hitting the brakes.
Freedom top leaks but it is a jeep Chrysler corporate called me on my jeep had it a a different dealership and they they charged me for warranty work so the deler a have it to for my free oil changes call them to see why. Griffin Hub btw best jeep dealership in Mke Back in shop for radio it has been 4 week so i am going through withdrawal not driving my jeep and having to drive a minivan. Sorry for all the ranting just had to get it out

 

sounds like you might want to look into the "lemon law". I don't know if I would have put up with all that shit....

Why all the fuss, I take mine to 5 CORNERS, once in and fixed correctly the first time. Cracked windshield (one day), steering damper (one day), hard top leaked (one week waited new top), broken tire valve stem (fix while I waited 1hr.) ........ Glad I purchased from 5 CORNERS.........

 

I would probably be ranting also in your situation.

Although my door hinges have been bubbling away for over 4 years, thats about it.

Why all the fuss...??? Because his jeep came with these problems, and were not stuff he did like yours were......

 

thanks i just wish i didn't have to drive a minivan do not know if I can lemon law it its a 2008 The dealership wants to replace it but

 

chrysler keeps replacing parts

 

Chrysler has a regional engineer coming to look at it hopefully it will get fixed.

 

Got a call from the dealership last night got there and it is not fixed. So i got the manager to show him "He had never seen a car do that before" I should have told him its not a car its a jeep but i was to mad.
