I also have a 2012 I recently installed the Dynomax axle-back exhaust from Quadratec and hated it... it sagged low and was too quite... Im actually in the process of ordering Dynomax exhaust parts from a 2011 jk (Ultraflow muffler and tips) then have my mechanic custom fit it on my jk. I really like the sound of the Dynomax mufflers it gives the jk a nice throaty sound not ricey..

MBRP has catback for the 2012's in both offroad and onroad editions....I had one on mine, but I took it off. It has a great sound and wasn't overly loud. It was just not for me....At first there was a break in period. Sounded great at start-up and was a little too high pitched when getting it up too speed. After about a month and a half seemed to mellow out.

The mufflers will fit on a 2012, with a little work our systems will work as well.
