Rigid Industries Customer Service - FAIL
I've read many good things about RI's LED lights. I recently switched bumpers and decided I'd upgrade to LEDs. I ordered amber D2s on July 1st and received an email receipt from the company. The receipt had an invoice number and dollar amount - nothing else. There was no description of my order, no expected delivery date and no tracking number. Since that time, I have called Rigid twice and emailed three times asking for a tracking # or expected delivery date. The secretary puts me to VM after each call. Emails to T McConkey / David Weihs, info@rigid and purchase orders @ rigid have all gone unanswered.
At this point, I don;t care how good the lights may be. Their customer service is terrible. There are lots of other choices. I'm debating on whether or not to return the lights when/if they ever show up.
