Default Rubi in the ruff search begins

Hey guy, JK noob here and I need some input. Momma wants a white Rubi Unlimited with navi. Ive been looking around and I see an insane price variance in the one I'm looking for. Based on a few factors including auto trader, edmunds, craigslist, and dealers sites I've come to the price of $33500 is what I'm looking to pay. Ive talked to a few of my jeep buddies and gotten mixed emotions about that. We all come from XJ's and MJ's yet some seem to think its a good price, and some say its to much.

Any input on the price you've seen a JK like this go for would be awesome.

my personal experience with buying my JK this june came down to this:

in this part of the world, 4 door used, not even an option, there was no stock in the entire state of north dakota for a used JK 4 door, the only 2 door within 500 miles, was a ghekko green sport, not a fan of that color

so ya, if kbb and those other sites call that a fair used price and you find one youre willing to pay that for (its not all beat to hell ect) then I would go for it, from what I could find out last month, we jeep heads get ahold of them, and then drive them into the ground rather then reselling often

33,500 sounds about right. I've seen them for 39,000 online.

Pricing must really vary across the Us, because you won't find a 4 door Rubicon in Colorado for $33.5k...new that is. Assuming that's what your talking about buying.

Same here in UT...new JKURs regularly go north of $40K and used ones rarely get listed for under $30k, even if they are older, higher mileage vehicles. They are insanely popular here!

yup, the msrp on my "ROADHOG" was 43k, thankfully due to things like edmonds and kbb and those other sites that publicize what people pay i got out of the door at 40k with all the closeing costs and taxes and registration without having to beat anyone senseless with a tire iron (i hate haggling and i wasnt gonna pay msrp!)

the real trick is finding a used one for sale though! the vehicle has a high satisfaction rateing or something cause they arent ending up back on dealer lots in alot of places

now if you wanted a ford f150, those are all over the place, and dealers have plenty of the last few years models sitting around unsold after they were traded in for the newest one lol (i almost considered getting a truck instead of my jeep, but then i saw the jeep and had to drive one, and then i drove one and had to buy it...... f****** chrysler, somehow you got me)
