Default Rubicon rims and tires....

What's a good price to pay for a set of factory take off rims and tires from a Rubicon? They have about 50 miles on them. They were on a 2008... I'm thinking of buying them....... Any ideas?

Check the tires thouroughly if they are 2 yrs old the tread or sidewall may have dry rot(cracks). If they're good I'd say $100-125 ea.

I paid $800 for 5 2007 rubi rims and tires with around 2,000 miles on them and they were the cheapest ones around my area.

The guy wants $750. For the set of 4 rims and tires.... Supposedly brand new take offs... I'm just wondering what a good counter offer would be... Is $750 a good price?

What are you guys seeing?

$750 is a fair price. I sold five take off Rubicon tires and wheels with 400 miles on them for $1100. The BFG KM1 tires that come on a Rubicon are very good tires by the way. I think they are one of the best, if not the best tire made, for their size. Too bad BFG doesn't make them in a bigger size. I would by a 37" set of these over a 37" set of KM2s any day of the week.

There is a guy in NJ selling a set of 5 , asking 1000 with apparently no bites. He's in for sale section on here. For a little more than 750 you may get a full set of 5.

500 is great, 750 is fair and anything over a grand is too much.

What's the difference between KM1 and KM2?
