That would be so sweet! All the capability, but with a smaller price tag! Roll up windows, no fancy blutooth or gps, cloth seats haha. It is confusing the Jeep used the "X" with sport for that, yet now decide to have it mean the opposite with Rubicon

Salesman at the dealership told me you can do that. Haven't looked into it though.

You can order a stripped Rubi. Crank windows push locks, manual and AC.

Not sure, but I have built rubis with my dealer contact that were down to msrp of $33-$34k on a jkur. That was in 12 and there was a large increase in the sticker on the 13s. I would get the GM of your chosen dealer on the phone and tell him what you want to do. I doubt the average salesman knows anything about it.

Little pissed about this X model.... Certainly takes away from the 10a.
Saw a question about the bumper and tire size. The end caps pop off of both the front and rear on the 10a so since this seems to be the same damn thing you can fit 35 or larger with no prob.

I was talking about the spare tire fitting on the back with a 35 or 37.

They sell an AEV tire carrier that mounts to the bumper. It holds up to a 40" tire
