Default Rugged Ridge Overhead Console

Does anyone have the Rugged Ridge Overhead Console in there Jeep. Need extra room in the Jeep and was wondering if this was a good buy.

yea people have it, there is one for sale in the for sale section too. Lots of people do this kind of setup and like it.

Very nice is it hard to take the top off with it on?

Not at all ... its not a permanent mount, it Just straps to the roll bar so it can be moved pretty easy if need be

Very nice i may half to get me one. How did you mount your cb on there or does it have a special mounting bracket already on it?

No Special CB Bracket ... Just Mounted it there and cut a small hole behind the radio and in the far passanger side end to run the wire through

There are no panels on this part. It is a one piece design. It mounts to the side roll bars using straps. Anything that you would want to mount to it would have to have holes drilled for the mounting and wires. The part is made of a think plastic with a metal bar run across the inside top for support.
