Oh they'd still be covered, but you'd have to call a technical support representative to discuss the problem first. And they'd have an odd accent.

That's hillarious... You'd have to listen to them go through the scripted questions. After that you'd be directed to the next tier of service and listen to that script. After three tiers of "service" you'd be told that someone will call you in 2-3 business days...

Very fitting for this thread. Oh, and NSFW in case you've got the sound cranked up and little ones or bosses around.

Foamy's other stuff can be found at Ill Will Press. Felt I should add a link to the overall web site as well.

I'm surprised no one has said it so far. If Jeep is sold to Mahindra... we could all become H3 people (ooh, or that new convertible concept one... yeah that's it).

I spent a good deal of my previous career working with Indians as well as spending a great deal of time in their country. Wonderful people... really. But I'd rather not drive a Mahindra or TaTa anything... ever. Some of my worst automotive experiences were driving around New Delhi in domestic (Indian) vehicles. Scary stuff.

This is all just rumors. I can tell you from internal dealings with the Cerberus rub Chrysler that they have no plans of selling of any of the 3 brands. There will be some refining though.

Hmmm... I'm sure as a group we all have enough credit. Let's all buy Jeep.

Jeep and Land Rover would both be owned by India Companies.

Jaguar & Land Rover : Tata Motors
Jeep : M & M

Both India.

I was just going to say that. Looks like all of the real 4x4 companies are going to India. I'd lOVE defender if they started selling them in the US again.

The Land Rover deal will be a good one to watch to see what is in store for a possible Jeep sale.

Maybe if we all scrape some $ together we can make an offer on Jeep!

How about just making Jeep a publicly traded company?
