They also change the fasteners holding the liners in place so they don't droop and rub. Unless you want to buy the new fasteners yourself I would take it into the dealer to have it done. I had mine done the other day, it only took them about 1/2 hour. A little inconvenient to take it to the dealer for that short period of time but the price was right, Free.

I have the 07 and the liner has rubbed the brakeline enough to remove the dark finish and expose bright silver. I'm to the deal Monday and I'll report to let you know if the brake line gets replaced or not replaced. I have an 08 that doesn't rub or even come close to rubbing.
I only ask bc im wondering if this is work I should have done. . .



looking at the other thread *someone so kindly posted here* some bloke got their fender hacked up, why bother if it doesnt need it? 
So I have yet to see anything on mine I have about 53K but I needed other work done so she is sitting at the lot as we speak. Im waiting to see if they tell me to go through with it or not. They received strict instructions not to do the work without consult I just dont know
