I went with Mother's California Gold Scratch Remover, works well for light scratches. For deeper scratches, makes it less noticeable.

I had my scratches checked by a Acura body shop (wanted to be sure none were too deep before salt was put down on the roads). I asked about the scratches on the hard top. They said, "I'd not worry about it, if you go off road again, you may just scratch it again right?" I laughed and agreed

Yeah.... I have collected quite a few last year. I'm hoping I was good enough this year for santa to bring me a serious buffer. It needs it baaaadddd

I've been using a Sharpie to cover small scratches. It works ok... I would prefer a decent touch up paint but haven't found one yet (Haven't really looked that hard either). As far as buffing the hard top with an electric buffer, watch out, that top generates some serious static electricity! Ask me how I know

I used Duplicolor spray onb edliner for my hardtop, looks great and matches the flares and bumpers perfectly. Although this shows scratches as well (just dulled down bedliner), but they were caused by somewhat large branches. In the spring i might sand down the sides and hit it with a fresh coat of spray onbedliner just to keep it looking super nice. or i'll just touch it up...
