Scratch Removal?

I used Duplicolor spray onb edliner for my hardtop, looks great and matches the flares and bumpers perfectly. Although this shows scratches as well (just dulled down bedliner), but they were caused by somewhat large branches. In the spring i might sand down the sides and hit it with a fresh coat of spray onbedliner just to keep it looking super nice. or i'll just touch it up...

Does that not add a lot of weight to the top or is it not that bad?
