Default Should I be upset?

So I have ordered my first mod as rock rails on DEC 16. They originally said it would be mid FEB. I called mid FEB and then they said second week in March. I sent an email trying to get a tracking number and now they are saying it would be another three weeks. At no point have they contacted me saying there would be delays. I have ordered other mods since then usually with only a few days shipping but I wanted to know if this was normal or I can be justified being upset?

Shrockworks takes along time to get, always have, everyone says they are worth the wait, but it does suck they dont let you know and that their time frame of you getting your order is way off.

Check out Scream Lizard Customs, they had some in stock beginning of month for 2dr, give em a call

I am sure you can easily cancel your order with them, especially if you paid with a credit card. You ordered in good faith with an expectation of a Feb. delivery. If they didn't deliver then it should be your choice to cancel your order and get your money back.

umm they should refund you, I cant see why they wouldnt, its not like they dont have others waiting that they can sell yours too, you know "yours" that arent built yet....I'd call SLC if they have them in stock then call Shrockworks and see what they'll do, or do nothing and just continue to wait and be upset

I have gotten all of my shrockworks from SLC. Great guys over there.

How about this i have been waiting 16 months for rocker guards
when I ordered them nov 07 I was told they were in stock
Sadly the distributor and the fabricator dont seem bothered
it just means i dont remove the rails i have on now
i am not letting it bother me
but i doubt i will use the distributor in the future

my advice double check theu have the item in stock and perhaps ask how many in inventory, speak to a supervisor get their name

No reason to be upset. Either accept it and wait or request your money back. There are PLENTY of rails available for immediate delivery.
