I've been running the RR mirror relocation kit on both sides for 1 1/2 years...no issues...not a big deal just turn your head a bit if you can't see out the passenger mirror good enough. But seriously for what you gain in being able to just take the doors off and roll w/o the issue of loosing mirrors completely cuz they are still on the doors...its a good deal...IMO.

Plus, the MOPAR parts were chipepd up...sealed in the bag! Anyway, I will await the RR parts and install them since I really want the doors off alot this summer! He claims the problem is the height of the mirror relative to the windshield...and at that is is only a partial impediment. I will post a review of my own when I get to install them. However, IMO, no need to spend extra $$$ for something that is no different than the RR.

It sucks

I'm sorry for you. You wasted your time. Quadratec should write the same note about this issue for the Mopar model on their Web site

Thanks again for sharing your experience with us

I agree! I told the rep that it is more than just a little irresponsible to do this, but he did not seem to think much of it. However, I really want the doors off a lot this summer and this seems the only. It apparently has to do with the height at which they are mounted on the bracket. Oh well...I would not recommend anyone order MOPAR...save the $20 and buy the RR!
