I guess the only way to find out is to call up the dealer and ask.

The press release says:

Left hand drive years 2007-2010.

Right hand drive years 2011-2016.

Default Jeep Recalls Almost 400K Wranglers in the US. Why? Because Dirt.

The irony of Jeep's latest recall is as strong as the Wrangler is in the face of nature's challenges.

You very well may be able to. And labor, maybe, even if a non-FCA mechanic did the work. Save any receipts.

The link in the OP never specified which side drive then there was a pic put up regarding right hand drive. Anyway thank you for clarifying, I will be making a call to the dealer very soon.

Default clock spring recall

I had my clockspring replaced by the dealer on my 2010 and have the receipt. I will take it to the dealer ASAP to see if I can be reimbursed. I reported mine to the feds as have several other folks with this failure. There was an earlier recall on the RHD vehicles only. I'll find out if the dealer can reimburse me for mine and let you folks know how it turns out

Dealers are usually a few weeks to months behind press releases. Contacting them early usually gains you nothing beyond, "We have no idea about a recall." If you qualify and are registered with FCA as vehicle owner, you will receive a letter from FCA explaining options and who to contact.
