Smell
My JK has been smelling pretty bad for the past 3 months now and in the back it smells like throwup when no one or nothing has ever thrownup back there
I've tried airing it out by taking the roof/doors off and there has never been any water in it. It just smells musty/dirty and like throwup. I've taken everything out of the Jeep and vacuumed and cleaned it pretty well as well as Febreezed the inside on a few occasions but it still smells bad. And I do not want shitty air fresheners -- they smell horrible.
Any ideas? I'm thinking about taking it in to get a full service cleaning on it but I like cleaning the Jeep myself.

Yes, if you haven't take out the carpet, try that and see if you can track down where the smell is coming from. My Jeep had a leak on the hardtop rear window that allowed water into the storage bin and into the jack storage area. I got just a whiff of what potential that had to turn quite ripe before having the dealer replace the rear window seal.

Okay, I checked the carpets. There is moisture under my passenger side back seat. I see no mold but it smells and is very damp. If I remove the carpets, can I put them back in with them alligning just fine? Also, any easy way to remove the carpet?
I have no idea where the leak is coming from, it would have to get through my stock mat with the plastic underside and I've never noticed any dampness there before -- any ideas?
