Snow covering LED lights

I wonder if type of snow matters? Where I live we get mostly the heavy/wet/sticky stuff, which is what concerns me. I would imagine the powdery snow wouldn't be much of a problem since it would blow off. Even my last vehicle's halogens get snow covered here in a good storm.

I've only had this happen once in the 4 or so years I've had Truck Lites, and we get plenty of snow in Indiana. The one time it happened was in a blizzard in Vail Pass on the way home from Moab.
That said, since my daughter will be driving soon, I'll be swapping them out for the heated version sometime in the next year. If not for her, I'd just stick with these. I've used Turtle Wax Ice on them. It is safe for polymer lenses. I think it helps, but like I said, it only happened once.
If anyone wants to buy my current Truck Lites, with anti flicker harnasses, let me know. They are in excellent shape. Just PM me. They are exponentially better than stock headlights. They are one of the best upgrades I've made to my Jeep. Certainly the most useful.
