Default Somebody spray painted my JK

I went out to my jeep this morning to find that some idiot sprayed flat black paint on the windshield (driver side), one of my Hella 500 (driver side), and the top area of my hood too. How do I fix this... clay bar?

Sorry to hear that. Who'd you piss off???.....Just kidding, freeking idiots. Will clay bar take paint off? If not you might try some stuff called "Goof-Off" but get on it right away.

Lacquer thinner or acetone. I've use both and neither one hurt the paint.

I would try mild stuff first like cleaner wax, claybar, etc. If that doesn't work maybe a clearcoat safe compound? A paint thinner/remover might work if done carefully and quickly but could damage underlying pain on the hood. Whatever you do I would say to do it soon before the pain has time to cure.
