Update... I was able to remove the spray paint with my wife's nail polish remover, just in time before the sun came out. If it had baked on in the sunlight, it probably would've been too late.

I agree stay away from Lacquer thinner or acetone, Those are way to harsh. Nail polish remover is fine or even mineral spirits is something I would try first.

Sorry to hear what happened. I cannot understand vandalism for the life of me. I did a lot of dumb things as a kid, but I never ruined anything that belonged to someone else in the name of fun.
