Take a look at this.....................

The kit comes from Mopar Performance, and this is what they say in the catalog with the kit

NO PARTS WARRANTY – “AS IS”
Mopar Performance parts beginning with a “P” prefix are sold “as is” unless otherwise noted. This means that parts sold by Mopar Performance carry no warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability, are excluded. (An implied warranty of merchantability means that the part is reasonably fit for the general purpose for which it was sold). The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Chrysler, Jeep® , Dodge and Ram vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the vehicle or parts are used for competition. The addition of performance parts does not by itself void a vehicle’s warranty. However, added performance parts (parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not covered by the vehicle’s warranty, and any failure that they may cause is also not covered by the vehicle’s warranty.

Bottom line, they're lying to you unless they put it in writing their dealership will warranty it, nonetheless, no other dealer and or DC is going to warranty it anyway.

You're also paying a hefty "rebrand" premium on the lift. Not covered by warranty either.

Ok so how I read this is the lift kit isn't covered under the Manufacturer warranty but doesn't void the warranty of the jeep. But if something happened to the kit it's not covered. Because its a performance part (P).

Supposedly that's true. BUT, instead of buying an overpriced lift that has no warranty, plus also now has no manufacturer to even get replacement parts, wouldn't it be better to get a lift that has a warranty from the company that makes them? Ex. Teraflex, Full-traction, Rough Country, Rockrawler, etc. On here have been outstanding with parts for their kits and replacing them if something should go wrong. If you have the Mopar kit, your basically SOL as far as warranty and replacement parts. Guys out there now are having to either get rid of their RE kits(where Mopar gets their 4in) because of bushings probs and or finding someone to fab new joint ends for their kits.

How I take it, and was told. If I put anything other then the Mopar kit on, it will void my warranty. Even if I get the dealer to install it. Is this true? If not then I'm going with a brand name.

I have the mopar 2 in lift and it is junk. I have had one spring brake the shock bushings are not holding up. The dealer replaced the parts so far but they did tell me about the warranty.

Nothing that you put on will void your warranty unless it is determined to be directly related to a failure of a stock part. That said, dealers also tend to make up their own rules.
If you put a lift on(no matter who) and run larger than stock tires, blow an axle, mess up your tcase, diffs, gears, etc. They can always just blame it on the tires, not necessarily the lift. If you have a mod friendly dealer, they'll usually work with you on whatever brand lift you have. If not, they're just trying to make a sale on the crap and basically are bold faced lying to you. I'd tell them to fuck off and find a different dealer. Remember, its your money, your jeep. If they're so big on they'll warranty it, have them put it in writing. I bet they won't. I've issued this challange to everyone that has come on here about dealer installed lifts. No one has been able to produce proof of what the Dealer SAYS and what is actually already in print as far as Jeep and DC are concerned.
Do what you want, but the dealerships lie, thats part of their business.

I had one that would still do warranty work with 35's Leveling kit and Body lift. They replaced my un trimmed inner and outer shift boots under warranty...

Just find a good dealer. I have had a ton of work covered under warranty and my jeep has been lifted since day 1. Warranty repairs include complete front axle housing and both rear axle shafts
