Default Steer box input shaft 180 degrees out

I have a new to me 2007 Jeep JKU with a 4 inch lift. I removed the old steering box and purchased a new steering box , however after I removed the old steering box I noticed the input shaft has a bolt dimple on the top whereas the new steering box has the bolt dimple on the bottom. The input shaft is where the intermediate steering shaft connects to the box. If I connect it as-is I will have to turn my steering wheel 180 degrees to make both connection points on the intermediate shaft connect to the steer box and the steering wheel. I have googled numerous steering boxes for my jeep and they all have the dimple on the bottom, again the old box has it on the top. Is the 2007 a half year or did the previous owner do some kind of swap that I’m unaware of?

Are you 100% sure the sector shaft is right in the middle when you view the input shaft notch? Half a turn is not a lot of movement on the sector shaft.
