Stone chips already!
Ive had my jk for a year now, 14000 km and not a chip in the windshield or on the paint, can't say the same for the dirty side, it is pretty scratched up, going to have to find some smaller rocks to play on. When driving i rarely ever go above 100kph and adhere to the 4 second rule, works for me.
I have had to replace or live with cracks in every Jeep brand vehicle I have ever owned, sometimes more than once. I made it almost 18,000 miles on my JK. Caught a rock on 55/70 near Troy IL last month. I was happy I made it that long.
I learned the 3 second rule, and the 4 second rule. Instead of following 2 seconds behind th ecar infront of me, i folow 3 or 4 now. WAY fewer flying objects. Some things will always hit your jeep, but this seems to minimize it.
If you are from New York/New Jersey/Boston, you can find out about the "2 second rule" on Google... **just joking!**

Guess you could spin a 180 and go up the highway at 70mph in reverse. The back plastic window can take the stone hits much better than the glass.
