Default Sun-rider soft top?

hey all just was looking over my order... again it has the soft top listed as an 'easy folding soft top' and not a sunrider soft top. it is a 08 sahara with dual tops. i believe all the sahara come with the sunrider soft top but just want to confirm this. also for those who use the sunrider soft top.... how do you like it?

I've used the Sunrider once in 3 months - it's either up or all the way off. It's nice though - just haven't needed it.

I'm not sure whether all sahara's come with the sunrider or not. I know I read somethread's where people thought they were getting it and they didn't. Although I think they were all two doors and it just recently became available for them (May?) I would question your dealer about it.

As far as the sunrider goes, we just got our jk and haven't gotten to try it yet. But it is nice to know its there!

The sunrider got me through the soft-top learning curve. However, with the sunrider open and the back window rolled, its really loud in the cabin due to wind flow/lack thereof. Once I got the full up/down process below 5 minutes, I never even think about sunrider. I would be suprised, based on the length of the roof, if the sunrider went away in '08, but I won't miss it if its gone when I trade up.

since i got a bestop trail cover i haven't had the doors on much less the top but i think i will use the sunrider alot more in the fall when i don't have the time to take out all the windows ,roll'em up nice and what not. I remember the first night we brought her home it was the end of april, about 55 degrees we turned the heat up all the way and drove all over the city with the sunrider open. sorry got carried away there, a what was the question?

I have a Sunrider top on my JK. I like it alot espcially when I feel lazy about dropping the whole top down. The Sunrider is great on those days that the weather changes quickly as it does here in Virginia. It is very simple to operate, just unhook the front, slide the hinge lock off and fold!! Good luck with yours!!!!!!

I have a 4 door JK with the soft top and I use the sunrider feature all the time. It takes about a minute to fold it halfway back and I just unzip the rear window and leave it attached at the bottom. Works well that way.
