Like a second license so you only had to pay for the software twice and not a secondary piece of hardware?

I'd imagine some sort of proof of registration with the correct name and vin would need to be matched up. Either by DMV, Driver's license number, or license plate number information (registered owner/vin). Then be able to download a file into the tuner that would only allow it to program to those two specific vins.

About all I could think of in making that work. Maybe pay a fee for the "background check" for the two vehicles and the download file.

It's unfortunate that this thread ended up in a section where a large number of Superchips users won't see it.

True, I'm not sure why this became a talk thread, but I at least see it looking at the "new posts"

1. More Power!!
2. Ability for airbag disable while in 4-lo. I don't see why my side airbags need to deploy if I flop.
3. More starscan like abilities. Able to add/remove customer options/disable headlight on during unlock.
4. Come down in price.
5. Multiple license availability. Pay maybe $100-$150 for a second or third license to use the same Superchips on multiple jeeps.

Not sure if the $100-150 for an additional license would be enough to make a go of it as so much of their investment in the product is outside of hardware. Perhaps the $150-200 range and they would be OK with covering the expenses outside of physical hardware and packaging.

The ESP disable seems to be a big one and I'm a bit surprised there isn't more talk about shift point adjustments. If I had an automatic that would make me crazy as it has on my Superchips tuned Dodge Ram. I know it's in beta, and I'm anxious to have it available.

Also, a limiting factor on multiple vehicle tunes might come down to an internal storage issue. As the feature set got more robust some of the older controllers for other platforms were pushed beyond their limits.

As far as the power comment, there is only so much you can do without altering the air intake to the engine or exhaust. I mean really it's just plain ignition and fuel tweaks. No boost like on the diesels or other boosted cars and such to toy with. It's pretty impressive for still having stock components. Only so much you can do with a computer.
