Default T-Bone dinner!

Well, it finally happened. After dodging what seems like endless "near misses" in my JK, some dumb b^%$^ ran a stop sign and T-boned my 10 month old. Thank god no one was hurt except for my pride. She spun my 180 degrees in the road and witness wondered why I didn't roll. I must admit after a hit like that, I thought the side would be caved in. I don't think they are going to total it but I am getting the run around from her insurance company. AMERICAN INSURANCE or A-1. BEWARE, they are total &^%holes. Either way it goes, I will own another or get mine fixed. Sorry no pics.

That sucks. Especially since it wasn't even your fault. Hope it all works out in the end.

I was doing about 35 and she was at the stop sign. The road was wet, I think that was the only reason I didn't flip. As I approached the intersection, I noticed she wasn't looking my way (to the left) when she started pulling out. I should have anticipated this since I am a motorcycle rider but I didn't. It was too late to brake so I swerved to the left lane to get away from her and I swear she floored it. She hit the passenger side front wheel, ripped the side step off and the brunt of the collision was taken by my rear tire. I have a pretty nasty dent in the tub between the door and rear wheel. I think the rear rim is bent. The fender flare also came off.
The JK took one hell of a hit. I probably could have driven it but I didn't want to chance.
BTW, the insurance company I quoted was her insurance carrier. If you ever have an unfortunate fender bender and they are the other persons carrier, get them to call in front of you immediately to admit responsibility or it will be a fight.
