I have to say first off, crap happens. I doubt that he started off the day with the intention of being out $650.00. I spent several years working in the auto accessory business while going through school and things happen from time to time no matter how careful you are. All you can do is try to make it right for the customer and move on. Hopefully he is a stand up guy and you won't have any issues.

I didn't realize they came without privacy glass. Here in Fl. every hardtop I have every seen all had dark windows. Even the rear side doors (on a 4-door), all dark. Thought they all came that way, my bad.
