Too good to be true? I have documents!
I found on Ebay from Summit Motors a BodyArmor rear bumper and tire carrier for $414.95./12.95 shipping
Now heres the kicker: I know the lower bumper only part (JK-2393) cost that much BUT the ad states it is both the Bumper and Tire carrier. So I wrote an email to them asking specifically if this was true and if the shipping price was also correct.
This is what I sent:
Dear summitracing_sales,
The sale ad states this is the bumper and tire carrier. For this auction do you recieve both the bumper and the tire swing? Shipping on the item is only 12.95 even though its a large item?
This is what I got:

Hello,
Thanks for your email.
Correct.
63 in. rear bumper with swing arm tire and can carrier. Comes with a diamond plate frame cover. Bumpers are not tow rated.
Shipping is $12.95.
Thanks,
Summit Racing Sales

Here's my thoughts on this: I have already ordered it, they have already started the shipping. Even if they messed up and only send me lower bumper with NO tire swing, I have proof they said it was both!
The combo together usually is around $800 and $100+ for shipping.
Your turn: Do you guys think if they do only send the Bumper that I'll be able to prove that need to send me the tire swing also?
Do you think its just an inventory issue and they need it gone?
Or am I screwed and will have to buy the Tire Swing seperately?

I think you have a good leg to stand on if they only send the bumper, I mean you double checked and they confirmed. Btw, you can get that setup through bustabiz on here for like $600 shipped. You still got a good deal and I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but I'm glad you didn't pay $800.
I think this is their older design, and they will at some point be discountinuing them. So I would bet that they would begin to give deals on the older version to clear the way for the newer one.
I got the newer one for just under 600 shipped.
Fit was good, and the quality has been good so far!

Believe me...... if it was a screw up, and if the owner finds out about it, all he has to do is say "the person that sold it to you didn't have authorization...." If not....then you made out....

Wrote Summit through Ebay and we'll see how this one turns out.
