I think you will get the both of them. I dont see why he would say he is sending you the bumper and tire carrier and not follow through with what he said.

Well stated, I say if you payed for it get what you payed for. They said it was included you payed them for a product.

Go to eBay resolution center... The company stated the Item was "not as described" that's enough for eBay to make them refund your money... And you still get to keep the product or eBay can tell them to send you the part or risk sanctions. I think your covered with the resolution center.

Just because someone made a mistake doesn't mean they suck at their job. It means ppl fuck up. We all do. Maybe its a single mother with a baby at home.... Or could be a Jersey shore tool...we'll prob never know.

I also stated he should get what he paid for. Meaning the company should honor the ad. I bet they will. Actually I'm suprised they are being such hard a$$s

I like that pic in your avatar BTW.

You are completely incorrect, I double checked with their salesman before buying the auction. He said "correct". I had a hunch it might be wrong but was really hoping it wasn't. (hence why I double checked).
I'm a fighter, I don't let people or companies get away with things.

If this was Dave from Northridge, we wouldn't have this problem. He corrects any mistakes the right way, quickly.

The operative word is "mistake". It really does appear that someone at Summit Racing made a mistake. This isn't false advertising. I understand you're upset, and they could have handled it better at the beginning (if they weren't going to send the missing parts, then an offer to refund with the $50 credit voucher from the get go). But, I really don't think you're going to win this battle taking it to the BBB or the state AG or the FTC unless Summit Racing agrees to something just to get you off of their back. People make mistakes; there are no laws broken here. As for Summit Racing's response time: You're only five days into this from having ordered it, so it's not like this has dragged out over weeks or months.

Hello,

We do apologize for the trouble that you've experienced with this transaction. After speaking with upper management, they've agreed that in this situation you are due the swing arm; part number BBD-5292. An order will be placed directly with Body Armor tomorrow morning. Stock has been confirmed with Body Amor. And once the order is received, they will have the package shipped within 24-48 hours.

As for the 2" receiver; we have spoken to Jeff at Body Armor and he states that many people were wanting to tow with their JK Jeeps but the hitch on the bumper wasn't tow rated and with it on the bumper you were not able to install a hitch setup to tow. He said with removing the receiver from their bumpers you can now utilize your stock hitch. He states you would have to reverse the bolts for installation but that will allow you to use your Jeep to tow and also put a D-ring for recovery.

We have sent a separate email with a new image attached for Jeff Neubauer the division manager at Body Armor. Provided below is his personal contact information if you need to speak with him directly.

With this information provided would you still like us to process the order for the swing bar? This again, is at no additional charge. Please contact us back once you've decided.

Thank you,
Summit Racing

I have also noticed in looking through the parts (shown in the pics I have sent you) that the 2" receiver is also not in the package.
