is it true? springs off a 4 door jku on a 2 door jk make it ride higher?
I am getting a free set of JKU springs from Starcats 4 door mountain edition.
I hear they can make a 2 door jk ride higher?
is it true?
my 2 door rubicon could use a real budget lift, that would be great.

What are your stock spring #'s and the #'s on from the Mountain addition?

SO it sounds like because the springs are off a mountain, jku
and I have a Rubicon 2 door, I may get a bit of lift from it, prob not into the 2 inch area. but every little bit helps for now right, and if they are are higher rated, that will help with avoiding sagging when I do get the big and heavy warn power plant on the front end.
i will get his numbers and my numbers,
and post them maybe a guru can help let me know if its a bonus to change them,
I am assuming because Mountain additions are hard core, and its a four door, that my 2 door rubicon will benefit from these springs. Mainly because my jeep is lighter.

the sticker numbers on the four door springs are
blue sticker for the front, 5212

the rear springs have a silver sticker and the are number

the spring numbers on my 2011 2 door rubicon I can't see they are not there.
the vin number on my 2 door rubi has a B as the 4th number.
and it appears that the vin number on the 2010 mountain edition 4 door is the same fisrt four digits as mine.. the fourth digit is also a, "B".
so if that thread is true and the 4th digit tells you then it looks like they are the same. both B

Manual and soft tops will have a lighter spring as they lighter than a hard top and auto.
I did notice a 2" (front) and 1 3/4" (rear) gain when i swapped to 17/59's on my2 door soft top 6 speed (stock 14&55)
