Turn in my jeep man card?
Ok-- I'm thinking about leaving my hardtop on for the summer. In years past it was off in April, but the winter that never ended delayed that. Now it's almost the end of May, and I figure only June will be spring like. One month nice before Maryland becomes a swamp for July, August and maybe September. I kinda like the idea of going to work and not looking like I ran a marathon. Air

No. It's your Jeep. Do as you please. I personally don't get those with a Jeep that *never* take the top and doors off, but not doing so during the week so you can look professional at work is hardly being a wuss!
Being in Pittsburgh, we have similar (oppressive) weather. Run a safari top for shade and you won't sweat like you ran a marathon.
That's how I roll all summer, safari top and no doors and I'm never too hot on the way to work or home. The shade makes a huge difference.

Having a low, 1 car garage I don't have the luxury of taking the whole top off. I take the doors off and leave the top on. When I drive around with my 1.5 yr old I only take the front doors off. Just don't want to deal with the bad parenting looks and comments. Although, having a Jeep and driving my kid around in it automatically makes me a great parent...
