Default Visor mirror

My wife would like a mirror for the visor.

Anybody have an idea where I can get one? She bought one at a local store, but it didn't fit because the clip was too wide. The visors on the Jeep are pretty thin.

Thanks.

So I went down and bought a mirror as well, and the clips do slide over it, but since the visor is made out of the plastic it is, it will slowly slide off. I just keep the mirror in the center console and use it as needed.

We had the same problem with slipping. We put a piece of that waffle rubber stuff under the clips and it holds well. It's the stuff you see in the stores to line drawers and things so stuff doesn't slide around.

Could you use some high quality double sided tape for a more permanent installation? They are building trailers with the 3M double sided tape, it's good stuff.

I just bought some of the lighted ones that work off AAA batteries. I opened them up and removed the metal clips and secured them with 3M double sided 2" squares. I used four or five on each mirror. Just make sure you place them on the inboard bottom (towards the middle of the Jeep for you non nautical types)edge of the visor otherwise it will hit the plastic trim when closed. Made the wife happy.
