Collapsible soft freedom panel(s) for the hard top.
Factory quality after market half doors with hard folding or sliding glass uppers. Of course at half the cost of factory halves.
Some real engine options... from the factory... in the US...
and a +1 to removable glass on the hard top.

About the refrigerated consoles... They are not a novelty in other vehicles.
OEM consoles in Toyota Land Cruisers since the 80's models have had a separately operated refrigeration system (regardless whether you have the A/C on or not) . 3 buttons to operate it : Off - Cool - Ice . In the console there's even a small drawer and 2 ice trays with a sealed lid (like Tupperware) . In the 80 series , 100 series and now the 200 series Land Cruisers the console takes more than 3 x 1.5 quart water bottles (almost 1.2 gallons) or a Sh*t load of cans.
On ICE mode the water bottles would start to freeze up in less than an hour.
Those consoles are made by the same makers of Engel camping fridges.

It would be a dream in our Jeeps !! Alternatively I am sure we can at least cool our consoles and glove box by running a hose that would tap into the A/C duct . The only problem is that the A/C would have to be running if you want cold drinks. Also the drinks will be as cold as you make the A/C.
Here are the Toyota console/fridge

Never wear, puncture, or come off the rim tires.
