Maybe its just a Toyota thing. Just the other day I was heading into tractor supply. There were two early to mid 90's Toyota pickups parked just down from me. One had a lift and 33" tires on it. Their owners were standing there talking. As I walked past they were kinda eying me up. Anyway as I walked away I heard the one say "Mine was made in America, it was made in California" Then the other guy replied "Mine too, It has California Emissions, so it was made there too"
My Jk has California Emissions so does that mean it was made there too? I thought all Wranglers were made in Toledo, Ohio.....
According to wikipedia the only plant in California opened in 2002. Did toyota start making the older models again?

I know wranglers are made in Ohio. I was being Sarcastic.
What isn't funny was the guys really believed what they were saying. One of them might have been an 95, But one I know was older than that. I just don't know my years exactly on a toyota. Never cared to pay that much attention.

LOl, i have a very aggressive personality on the road too. Going from the evo to the jeep was a shock in the acceleration dept...I mean the jeep is slower than a lot of minivans!
I had some guy flip me off for accelerating slow already. He should be happy he did not stop at the light with me........

To prevent this, as soon as I buy a Jeep, I immediately drive it into the nearest lake and never wash it again, throw the doors and top in the dump, and tale a 5 lb sledge hammer to all the sheet metal. Can't have anybody thinking I'm not hardcore!
