Whats the story with the brake recall i hear about but chysler won't tell me about?
anyone know?
i just got in an argument about my ebrake squeaking and not working.
i paid 50 buck for them to tell me it was because of sand and dirt, and that they would clean it.... now it still squeaks, and they want another 50 to tell be why, and deny me warranty work.
i told them i wanted the recall and the tsb stuff done, and they wouldn't do it, or tell me anything about either.

I believe the brake recall that MAY be coming out has to do with the hard brake lines being rubbed to failure by the inner fenders. I don't think there's one for the e-brake (although with all the issues people have had, there really should be one).

Hmm, the only e-brake TSB I could find was:

I don't know why they're so tight lipped unless they think you are talking about the one that MAY come out (about the rubbing) since that's just "hear-say" at the moment.
