Have you tried contacting Quadratec? They might be able to get what you want.

maybe Hatchie, or Shearcomfort, uhm... Coverking... cant think of any more at the moment.

unsure of the digital pattern though, but you could call them & ask..

Edit: lol, yeah i overlooked WetOkole's. had a bad experience with them, not their fault, great cover. My dog thought they where Alpo.

I saw some camo seat covers from coverking when I was looking, I'm not sure of the pattern. I think it was through JC Whitney.

Your other option is a custom military gear-maker.

I'd source some MARPAT woodland or CADPAT cordura off of eBay, and contact a few of the folks who make pouches/kit/gear. I'd also get a cheap set of seat covers that they can cannibalize for patterns.

One of my buds made some roll bar covers out of Multicam cordura for a friend... they're sweet.

If you need some gear maker contacts, PM me.

PS they're so good at crafting kit, I don't my my pouches/packs off the rack anymore... just e-mail them your specs and they make the stuff like you want.
