Lol, I wish I could of written this post, my 07 leaked from the 1st rain! It all depends how my soft top seals, I always have to mess with it to get it to seal nice and tight

have you ever had the doors off and all of the hardware that surrounds the doors. my hypothesis on most leaks is that the hardware is re-installed incorrectly which leads to gaps which leads to leaks.

Mine has water coming in the bottom of the door, it appears that water gets behind the door seal on top of the door and runs to the bottom of the door and and then right out into the cabin. I took a video of it happening the other day but the incompetent techs at dealership say they won't watch video they want to see it happen. I don't know what they do in their alleged "water bay" but it definitely doesn't get water on vehicle.

Yes doors were off but this has been going on since the week I purchased it (2 months ago) which was before the doors coming off.

I guess I have been lucky so far, with no leaks on soft top or hard top

Are you sure water isn't getting in when you open doors?
I notice the JK soft-top doesn't have much/any rain deflection above the doors.
Pretty sure, only because the passenger side door hasnt been open at all in the last few days. When I went to lunch I do recall seeing a few water spots (2)on my passenger side arm rest. I felt around the roll bars, and freedom top, but both were bone dry. Looks like the door sill on the inside were dry, as well as the passenger seat. After reading other posts on the stock JK section, seems like a door seal.

Default Wish i could say the same...

My 2011 leaks and always has. Have had it to the dealership 4 times, now I'm talking to Chrysler to see if they can fix/replace it since the dealership cannot.

Sure looks like the door seal to me.

I hope you both get satisfactory resolution; although, it seems crazy that jm102602's dealer won't even look at a very convincing video.
