can someone give me some dimensions on a some winches? i am trying to get a winch plate made but don t have a winch and won t get one for awhile...

the problem i am running into is i have about 6" to 8" between the grill and lights. i want to know if i need to move my lights or if i ll be ok.

 

Ok my Warn xd9000i measures 6.5 inches deep without the roller fairlead though, with roller its at about 10inches....you would probably make it if you used a hawse fairlead, but then I think you need to use the synthetic wire rope

Dont they have measurements on manufactures websites?

 

i am not worried about the fair lead, i know i will need to make a bracket for it. i am just worried about the thickness of the winch so that it will fit between the lights and the grill.
