i wanted to put this http://www.quadratec.com/products/92107_03_07.htm winch on my factory bumper. is it possible or do i have buy a warn bumper?

You can put it on your stock bumper. You just need a winch plate. Rough Country and warn make bolt ons for the stock bumper, but you can also buy a universal plate and modify it to fit. There are lots of threads on that.

I dunno....I think it depends on how much you wanna cut up that front bumper. There's a write up somewhere here where someone recessed the fairlead into the stock bumber-- but I think he was running a smaller winch:

But tagging this just the same as I'd LOVE that winch too
