Use these and be able to do the prank like you were thinking but without damage to the vehicle now.

 

I have a MUCH easier solution (that may or may not) have been used by me before, a valve stem remover. Cheap & easy to carry, 2 tires on same side, no damage & no over the line parking again! (sorry jacked up Ranger...not)
