My Congo Cage that I ordered the early part of July arrived today. I opened it and began laying out the pieces as soon as I got home. I had ten bars and ... No hardware, no instructions, no windshield mounts, nada, zip, nothing. No one would answer the phone at 4wd.com and Bustabiz must be logged off for the day. I called Kargo Master and explained my problem and the rep said he would ship the missing parts out tomorrow. I told him I appreciated it and hoped he would expedite them because I needed the cage for my trip on Sunday. I hate leaving my fate in the hands of others but what else can I do?

my installer is now blaming orfab for the cage problems and that shouldnt have to cover the cost to fix it. even tho they gave it back to me without the ability to put the doors on.... had to drive a week in the most rain we have had in a year because they were "booked" for 3 days. fuuuck um

It's not usually the parts that are the problem on my end, it's me. I can turn the simplest of projects into hours long. Anyone need a hand with any mods?

This past spring my wheeling bud and I both decided to do cages, he chose ORFab and I did the RockHard. Mine is fine and his looks sloppy and his soft top never would fit right at the front corners.??

If the Or-Fab didn't fit, my guess would be your buddy didn't take his time with measurements prior to dropping his windshield. I've had no fit or leak issues at all with my OR-Fab cage. I installed it myself, and I'm by no means a seasoned pro at this stuff.

We have an ORFab in a TJ that fits and looks awesome. I agree the install is more suspicious than the product.

I bought a tramp stamp from rancho and not only I had to wait 4 weeks to get it (when I bought I from a 4x4 show in Orlando that just recently happened) when I called and they said they would call me when they got and they gave me the run a round for four weeks I finally drove 45 mins to the shop and 45 mins back to my house I had to re-drill the pre-drilled holes because they were WAY OFF.

The black one (upside down) is for the 07-09.
