I love my new JK, Love driving it and love the way it looks ....But i ve had a different dash light on everyday for the last three days been to the dealership and it goes off and they cant find anything wrong, Airbag, Low Tire, Traction, also ive had it shudder and almost die on idle twice, and while researching these things on the forum im not fully confident in my jk not breaking down, catching on fire, running off the road or killing me in some shape, form or fashion, check your PMs people im leaving from texas going to pennsylvania in a few hours i might need a tow, wrench, gas, oil, ambulance or all of them. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!

I was getting weird lights and all sorts of different error codes. The second(!) dealer I went to told me it was a bad computer and replaced under warranty. No problems since.

Mine has studderd a few times but never had wierd lights or completely died....wierd

Mine is weird too. shudder, idle issues, new funny noises every week. But she's a trooper, goes over anything and wants more. I think she is complaining to me cause I floor it so much... who knows. The minor tweaks that are scary and seam major, tend to be minor... if that makes sense..


When I was trying to fix my idle issues, someone on here said there is something wrong with the computer with emissions thingy that causes the rough idle and maybe shutter. I belive it

I' m in the Williamsport area, and the ole Jeep never gave a light, shudder or anything on the way up the only thing i can complain about is the fuel range it made for a long trip having to stop every 250 miles for fuel when im used to driving my Chevy Diesel with a big tank but i made it is all that matters and now all i can say is LET IT SNOW!!!!!
