No offense bro, but I doubt your boss pays you to figure out the "good" customers. You should care for all of us, not just those that give you props. Its not like we're bad people because we like ACCURATE communication from a vendor. I was nothing but praising of FT until YOU blew me off and gave me the run around for 2 months.
