Rule #1: Jeeps are not pretty. They are "sharp", "mean", "awesome" and "sweet" but they are not pretty.

Rule #2: Don't worry about it unless it clunks, squeeks, chatters or squeels for more than a week. Then it's probably a genuine problem to at least take a guess at what it might be and think about it once in a while.

Rule #3: Wheels go ON the obstacle, not around it!

Rule #4: Wave at other Wranglers. You own a Jeep, therefore you are required to be in a good positive mood every moment you are driving it. There is no yelling, crying, sobbing, weeping, anger or sadness in a Jeep.

Rule #5: Washing is purely optional.

Rule #6: Do NOT engage 4wd when on surfaces that will not give.

Rule #7: A Jeep is a Jeep. NOT A CAR! Everytime you call it a car, God kills a kitten.

Rule #8: If you think you are about to roll-over, you still got a little ways to go. When your butthole begins to kiss your pants, THEN you're about to roll over.

Rule #9: Keep your thumbs outside of the steering wheel when driving through rough areas. You can find out the hard-way why to do this if you like.

Rule #10: The biggest of all: Tread lighty.

Have fun!

Add a couple extra rules to the top ten.
11) Don't go up a hill you will be afraid to back down.
12) Always try to go straight up hills.
13) The wheels belong underneath the vehicle, not on top of it.

Welcome to our world. Enjoy driving one of the greatest stock four wheel drives on the planet.

I'm glad I read this somewhere before I went wheelin' the first time. That steering wheel sure could take of a thumb if it had the right mind about it, huh?
