Hey guys, forgive me for taking so long to post these pics. No excuses lol.

These pics were for the most part taken when a group of us JK forum guys split off with some followers and did the Bolivar Peninsula to Sabine pass beach run.

These particular pics were taken as the main caravan was arriving on the beach to rendezvous with the big group already at the meet up spot.

And the rest of these pics were when the JK guys split off wiht a TJ, Cherokee, and CJ in Tow. Well...only the TJ and the YJ got stuck on the run. There were 3 mud pits that sort of acted as "feats of strength" to keep the pesky cars, 2wd trucks, and PT cruisers past certain areas.

THERE'S FIREWARRIOR! (who is currently at the hospital (the vehicle not the driver) after getting TBoned if you saw that thread as of this past Tuesady March 23)

My stock tire after the run. Yeah it got pretty gummed up like everyone elses

Theres Firewarrior again parked right behind EmbarkChief's Rubi

GCollura pulling the TJ free after the First or Second Mudpit. I think this was the second pit. The only reason the TJ got stuck on the first pit was because he forgot to shift to 4wd!

EmbarkChief sizing up the CJ after it got stuck in the last of three mudpits. I ended up pulling it free. (my first rescue)

The CJ almost made it through...but alas, the weight in the back was too much for the rear end to escape its gooeyness.

The end of the run. The kid who rode in the TJ was pretty cool (sorry I dont remember his name) but he stopped to pose for a final picture before heading off. I am in the middle, my best bud Stephen, my navigator, is standing in the back.

Cool pictures, sorry to hear about your accident.
I wish I had known about this group before splitting off that day, I still haven't had a chance to take my jeep in the mud

I'm sure some of you remember the plane buzzing incident on the beach a while back. Well, here is the result of the investigation!
