Oh man. What a joke.. everytime I take my jeep into the dealership to have them do a repair under warranty, they look at my jeep like its a ufo... really? I live right near the foothills in colorado! All they need to do is have all the jeep techs subscribe to this forum and I'd feel 1, 000 times safer with my jeep in their hands.

Long story as short as possible: i got rear ended. Have great insurance and up to $3500 extra coverage for custom and after market parts. Mopar tube bumper was damaged. Insurance approved upgrading to Mopar HD offroad bumper. I gave the shop the part # for bumper, 7 days before the scheduled drop off so they could order and have it ready to install. I rolled in on the drop off day and they had no clue and no bumper

I told the shop to replace my Skyjacker shocks with Bilstiens. Shop called me the day after i dropped it off and said " they dont make shocks for your jeep" really?? Good thing it was just a voicemail, i would of laughed at him! The sign on your building says "jeep superstore" !

I have rental coverage, dealership gave me a brand new dodge caliber. After 13 days, shop calls and says the bumper is on national back order until february. I call quadratec, thay have 11 of them on the shelf. I tell shop to cancel order, order from quadratec and i will even pay the shipping costs. No can do. Cant cancel, its a special order. Really? Its not on a truck being shipping and how is it a special order if quadratec has 11 of them?!

The wife had a hissy fit the next day and convinced them to cancel and order from quadratec and eat the cost of the loaner car beyond the 28th. So here it is, the 29th and still not done. It will be Dec 31 at the earliest at 25 days to fix a small dent, replace a bumper (4 bolts) and 2 shocks (4 bolts)

I will never set foot in this dealership again. I will drive 50 miles out of my way the next time i need the dealership.

I do drive that far to get to a good dealer..... I've had a lot of problems with Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep in Woodbury NJ which is a convenient 15min ride.... Instead because they have a bunch of numbnuts working there I have to drive exactly 50 miles.... See!

Lansdale Chrysler Jeep in Montgomeryville PA is a GREAT dealer with great customer service and good techs in the shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They say i will have the Jeep back on monday. I've lost count... 30+ days. They will wave my deductible or else....

I live in Ramsey nj and didn't buy my jeep from Ramsey jeep! Instead I drove 20 miles to Totowa to get it from rt 46 jeep. I don't ask for much, just honesty and some knowledge about your product. Ramsey lacks both..

took dealer 31 days to replace the bumper they backed into on my jeep and then reported it to car fax even tho no insurance was ever contacted now trying to trade in my jeep its not worth crap cuz car fax cant tell minor body work from major

Update.

Monroe Dodge Jeep "Superstore"
1 tiny dent
2 rear shocks
1 Mopar bumper
33 DAYS

They REFUSED to wave my $250 deductible which was their only chance of making this right with me. They even sat on my check for 20 days before depositing it.

They used the red shock boots that come with Skyjacker shocks instead of simply reusing my yellow boots. My old, slightly damaged aluminum bumper which has a high scrap value probably went into their dumpster or the trunk of an employees car. My exhaust tips are not straight.

I was aware of a coolant leak when i dropped it off. They "looked into" the problem at no charge, which, at the time was the least they could do after completely dropping the ball on this repair.

Their diagnosis: intake manifold gasket: $550
The real problem: thermostat housing gasket: $5

I told them that i could not afford this repair at the time. After 33 days i got my Jeep back and took it to a friend of my step father, highly recommended, honest mechanic and hot rod enthusiast. $40 for his time, 45 minutes, $5 part. No more coolant leak.

SUMMARY: Monroe Dodge Jeep Superstore = CROOKS & LIARS
