Yep... the misses and I were intending on heading to Bill Moore Lake on Saturday, but that has been nixed due to a class (obligated from 10-1130am on Saturday morning) and evening plans. So, we have decided to head up on Sunday morning. The location, however, is up in the air.

FYI...you should post this in the "Four Corners" section as this sub-forum is for Post-trail ride discussion and pics.

If I was only closer I would join ...

Me and mine are doing Bill Moore Lake on Sunday morning/afternoon... unless something concrete comes up here.

I'd say I'm still about 95% sure we're going to go up Georgia Pass (285 side), hopefully no snow, and go back down the other side towards Breck. May also run Swan River, but we'll see how the day is going. Going up Saturday morning probably around 9.

Ok, let me think on this.. where in Englewood you coming from? we could potentially meet up in Denver, near 285 and 470, or Jefferson right before the trail..?

35's on 4.10's here.. so you've got me beat... I'm leaning towards 10 am in Jefferson, let me make sure the wife will be ready by then.. I'll be bringing the family so (son/wife/dog) so need to make sure we can make it there by then..

Have you ever driven through Jefferson? Its a small dot of a town. There is a gas station on the south side of 285. I figured I might top off there then head up.. the road to the north is what will take us up over Georgia Pass.

Have you ever ran either of these? Georgia Pass or swan River? Also, we were thinking about taking a short hike on top of Georgia Pass probably eating lunch.. any interest? if not, we may adjust our plans.. we'll have to figure it out as we go.
