Default East Coast "Easter Jeep Safari" at Rausch Creek April 10

Made it up on Sun for the last day and hit the trails with BriTine and jd1066, my first real trail run in about 4 years, and the first time out in the new Jeep. Had a great time. Here's the pics.

You were missed on the trails El Campede. Yes, there were only 3 of us out on Sunday. We had a great time - see you out there again soon.

Yep, just the three of us. Was def a blast! I just washed my underside and holy shit! Gas tank skid is dented and I need some lower control arm skids. Smacked the passenger front on a rock.

highoctane, had an excellent time, thanks for posting the pictures. You should see my gas tank skid plate, looks the surface of the moon.

I was under mine Monday checking out the damage - nothing major thankfully.

My gas tank skid took a pretty good shot, but did it's job. I also dented my rear gate (very small dent, can't even really notice it), bent one of the arms on my spare tire carrier (fixed that with a BFH), banged up my muffler (it's time for a high clearance anyway), and smashed my exhaust tip.

I also managed to put a pretty good gouge in my front bumper - nothing that can't be touched up with a rattle can.

I didn't see anything else major, but did notice the infamous "clunk" in my steering. I'll be back under her tomorrow changing the oil, so I'll take care of the steering at the same time.

All in all, pretty minor damage, especially considering some of the trails that we were on Friday and Saturday. The way I see it, they are just a few little dings to help remind me of the great time we had out on the trails.

That is really good considering the trails you were running.

That's exactly that I was thinking as I was under her. I had excellent spotters also!

Based on all of the fun that I had on the rocks, I'll be rearranging the priority of my mods. I'm still trying to decide which should come first: full belly skids, or front and rear DS and adjustable control arms.

They will both be happening (after I pay the IRS) I just don't really know which I should do first.
