Feb 21, 2010 - N. GA Ride - Anderson Creek Trail to Amicolala Falls State Park
I'm starting this thread for the trail ride some of the Georgia JK'ers (and a couple of TJ's and a YJ) completed today.
I added an album, although the pictures are not in order:

Here are a few:

I'll let the others post some of the details. You can see some already in the original staging posting for us at https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/south-49/feb-21st-n-ga-jeep-ride-yall-follow-me-117786/

There were TWO TJs thank you very much! I will have a couple photos(sorry to the group I was just not in the photographing mood and was enjoying just talking to the group too much).
All I have now is a cell phone photo of the aftermath when I got home... hopefully the rain this evening will be epic and will help me clean up!

Sorry, corrected the original post...I actually forgot that Phillip was in a TJ as well...(at least I think I'm remembering his name right).
I'm hoping the rain will give me a head start as well, although the full fenders over the stock tires and the running boards kept most of the mud under mine...
Stopped at "Steak and Ache", uh I mean "Steak and Shake", to feed the 2 hungry munchkins:

I have a snorkel on my TJ but the secret to safely cross a stream is to go slow and steady. While it is fun to splash and hit the hole hard it throws water up over the hood. Up into the hood can be splashed. Etc
If you have a CAI you just have to be more careful splashing and hitting water hard. Creates potential for issues and problems.
